1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phrich ("phrich," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phrich.vip. 3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the phrich platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with balances forfeited where evidence of fraud or abuse is found.

When registering your phrich account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phrich login credentials. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your sole responsibility unless you have notified phrich of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

phrich employs industry-standard SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (OTP via registered Philippine mobile number) to protect your account. You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number and email address linked to your phrich account remain current and accessible.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

phrich supports Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) as its primary account currency. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 via e-wallet. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All funds deposited into your phrich account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. phrich does not accept deposits from third parties and will return such funds if received. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment account held in the same name as the phrich account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phrich platform — including but not limited to the phrich brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of phrich or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any phrich content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phrich platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, communication outages, or interruptions to payment processing services.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

phrich reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, regulatory requirement, or prolonged inactivity. In cases of voluntary account closure requested by the player, any outstanding balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures, provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations apply.
